Scoop 1-2 handfuls of salt directly into tub or place in muslin tea bag and soak for at least 30 minutes. Consult with your physician if pregnant or breastfeeding before use. Discontinue if any irritation occurs. Do not use if you have open wounds or scrapes, may cause burning.
